Last updated 2 August 2026. These cover use of this site. An order placed on billing terms is additionally governed by the Master Products and Services Agreement you sign.

Quotes

A quote is an offer to sell at the prices shown, valid until the expiry date printed on it. Prices come from the live Cisco catalogue and can change when Cisco changes them; where a line cannot be priced automatically it is marked for review and confirmed before any order.

Prices exclude sales tax. Applicable sales, use or similar taxes are calculated at checkout from your billing address and added to the amount charged. Where we do not collect sales tax on an order, any use or similar tax due in your jurisdiction is your responsibility to report and pay; accepting a quote acknowledges this.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when you accept a quote and pay, or when billing terms are approved. Card payments are processed by Intuit QuickBooks Payments. Licence activation keys are issued within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Larger orders are accepted by electronic signature before payment; smaller card orders are accepted by the payment itself.

Cancellation and returns

Cisco licence activations cannot generally be reversed once issued. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at orders@easymeraki.com before activating the keys and we will put it right where Cisco's terms allow.

Liability and trademarks

This site is provided as-is. Ineapple Corp.'s liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where the signed Master Products and Services Agreement provides otherwise, in which case that agreement governs.

Cisco, Meraki and Cisco Meraki are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc., used here to describe the products we resell. easyMeraki is operated by Ineapple Corp. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Cisco Systems, Inc.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
