What we collect

• The licence data you paste — device models, licence counts and terms. It is used to build your quote and is stored with it.
• Your contact and company details — name, email, phone, company and address. The address determines the tax on your order and is used to register the deal with Cisco.
• Usage of this site — pages viewed and steps reached, so we can see where the quoting process fails people.

What we do NOT collect

We never see or store your Meraki dashboard credentials — you copy data out of it yourself, and this site never asks you to log in to Cisco or Meraki.

Card numbers are never stored on our systems. They are passed directly to Intuit QuickBooks Payments, which processes the charge. We keep only the last four digits and the authorisation reference, so we can identify a payment on a statement.

Who it is shared with

• Cisco Systems — to register the deal and place the order.
• Our distributor — to source the licences.
• Intuit QuickBooks Payments — to take card payments.
• DocuSign — to obtain your signature on a quote or agreement.
• Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager — on public marketing pages only. Your quote page is deliberately not tagged, because its link is a credential.

We do not sell personal information.

Your quote link

The link emailed to you grants access to that quote — viewing, accepting and paying — to anyone holding it. That is deliberate, so you can forward it to whoever signs. Treat it as you would an invoice with a payment link, and tell us if it goes astray so we can retire it.

When you open a quote, this site remembers it in your browser so you can return to it from the home page without the email. That is stored on your device only — never sent to us — and can be cleared with "Forget these" on the home page. Entries expire on their own after 60 days. If you are on a shared computer, clear them: anyone using that browser could open the quote.

Retention and your rights

Quotes and orders are kept for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. Site-usage records are kept while they remain useful and are not tied to anyone who has not submitted a quote.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email orders@easymeraki.com. Deletion cannot extend to records we must keep for tax and accounting.
